Ice Skating Disaster! & Sleepy-headed Cab Driver

Here it goes..on that fateful January 27th, 2009, my friend Puyang, her cousin, her cousin's friend and i went to Sunway Pyramid to have some fun. So, Puyang and i decided to head for ice-skating. Her cousin and the friend refused to join in the fun for some reason..hehehehe...Before the much coveted ice skating session, the 4 of us managed to squeeze an hour of karaoke session and we sang our heart out.. Huhu..So, okay, i led Puyang into the rink and skated happily round the rink gracefully..huhu..all things were going great until the last round around the rink. when Puyang and i were gleefully trying to go to the middle of the rink, a foreign guy(i omitted the race for racism matter) knocked me from behind and of course, that caused me to fall flat on my bum and brought Puyang to the icy floor as well. That seriously bad-mannered guy just got up and brushed his big ass and walked away, leaving me and Puyang trying to get up on ourselves with helps from some KIDS and the rink guard. My arm was sprained a bit. That guy didn't even apologize to us. Well, let's just say that that incident made me loose my mood to keep on ice skating. Bummer!

Okay, after that, we decided to go back to our college..I dunno if the day was supposed to be all unlucky on us or what, but...we landed our butt in the worst taxi ever!! Not the taxi, but the driver. He was sleepy and he drove the cab to the middle of the road twice! As unusual as it is for me to bark at somebody i dunno, i SCOWLED at the driver when i noticed that he was driving with eyes CLOSED!! OMG, he was risking our dear lives and i'm not gonna let that happen. Thank God, he awakens and keeps on driving like shit. I can even drive better than him. The driver was not a Malaysian and he keeps on asking silly questions like "Do you eat tiger meat?" Duh..Talking bout me being annoyed to the limit of being driven off the wall. So people, if you ever encounter the cab with this plate number HB 5885 with perhaps a Bangla driver, don't ever step your foot into that cab. Run for your dear life!! That guy is mui loco!!

Sigh..

Now, it's the Chinese New Year holidays. I'm stuck in my college with nothing much to do except for internet surfing and downloading stuffs. Huhhh...Can life be more boring than this? Anyway, i think that this semester will be spent real quick and suddenly, i'll be home again. kah3. i'm busy preparing myself mentally, technically and physically for my chess project. I'm pretty much scared now as i know thatt the odds are quite against me in making this project a successful one. i just have to believe all my friends in the project to help me through it al. Speaking of through it all, i've found this gospel entitled Through It All by the Hillsongs. This song is remarkable and very soothing. So, i'm downloading the rest of the album into my laptop. I really need some kind of religious break now. Tihhihi..I'll be spending today going aroung KL, especially KLCC and also some open shops. Sigh...Tomorrow is the big ice-skating day. hahahaha

Home Sweet Home

Yes, I am now home!! Wahaha..what a wonderful feeling it is. Just to be home with mummy and my brothers are the kind of therapy that i need after 4 months of exhaustion in UM. I brought home hopes of collecting at least RM50 donations for my project. tihihi..i'm so taunted by the idea of handling a really, really big project next semester. Man, why did i ever got myself into this mess. Christmas is coming soon, but it is still less fun now cause grandpa is gone. I kinda miss him now. It's true what people said you know; we will never realise the importance of that person until he's gone forever. .
Ooh yeah...about this guy that i'm really interested with. He used to have long hair but the latest view of him really melts me. He's cut his hair into those cutie pie short hair.. Haha..seems like he got that vision to cut his hair from somewhere and obviously not from me as i never talked to him anymore since last semester. huhu..

Less one burden...

How do I start? Let's just say that i'm in super duper mood now because i've managed to get over educational psychology paper without much trouble and hasle. Haahha...Now, i can care less one more matter in my life..I'm So Over It...like Katherine McPhee said.
I'm now preparing myself for poetry paper dis evening at 3 pm which is going to be conducted at Dewan Tunku Chansellor of UM. Phew...i've yet to revise any notes because you know, the paper is at 3 pm. Come on, i'm not dat much of a bokworm to study so early as all the information will be lost by the time i started answering the questions. Kih2...
Man, i just can't get rid this excitement of going home..In fact, next thursday by 3 pm, i'll be taking my nap soundly at the comfy of my home sweet home and mummy's cookings. I do wish that time will fly faster so that i can get home even earlier and sooner. Oh yeah, did i mentioned that i've met someone who i haven't see for this whole semester? I saw him at the Bangunan Peperiksaan today while i was waiting for Edu. Psycho. I kinda miss him actually. And, he's looking supa kawaii with that new hair cut..
Well, gotta go now. Need some sleep as it's 5:08 am, 7/11/08 now.
Zzzz..

Quite Happy

Last night, 29th of October 2008, my friends and I went to this Rumah Terbuka Sarawak bersama Ketua Menteri Sarawak at PWTC. Ha...It was fun. Lots of Sarawakians from within the vicinity ofKL nd other adjacent cities, especially varsity students came. I met a number of new people. Ismet Elisca...But my biggest surprise was when i met Christopher Boreh there too. I saw him first. His face is so familiar, yet i kept it to myself before asking Vivilin. Then, when we were waiting for our bus back to college, Chris came to me and said hi. Hahah..he still remembers me...Tihihi
If the wireless is ok, i might post up some photos here...Hehehe..C ya in another post

Integrity Much..

Hmm..Being a varsity student really exposes you to a whole new vibrant and colourful of race mixtures. People from different races mingling here and there together. But, despite all this openness, there are some people who keep on clinging to their own race and states. It's okay by me unless they start to condemn those who chose to be more open and friendlier. Thus, making us feeling bad.

Speaking of integrity, i personally believe that when it comes to being friendly, you will be friends with just about anybody from every corners of this world. So, i don't believe that if one of your friends hate this person, then you are obliged to follow suit and hate that person either. For me, this is bulls***. This only shows how shallow our personality is. It is better to know a person before making any assumptions, rite? Would you like it if people hate for no apparent reason? Putting ourselves in somebody else's shoes help us to understand this situation better.

And, everybody, i believe, is trying their best to keep up with the pressure of today's materialism. Most are willing to spend all their money on something they don't need or even afford, just to show that they are capable of doing so too. Recently, some poems that i've been studying with Dr Sharifah Aishah make me think twice and really make me reflect on myself. I think you guys should read those poems too. They're "The World Is Too Much On Us" and "Composed on Westminster's Bridge". Both poems were written by William Wordsworth.

Another thing, Malaysians are supposedly famous for their friendly cheerful face with Cheshire cat-grin. The truth is, some Malaysians are terrible. They don't even make the slightest effort to return back your smile. It feels like as if you're smiling to a wall. Sigh...To add pain to the wound, some of us are very prejudice and pesimistic.

Think about this ya.. Bubye!

Boring!!!

I'm stuck again to Educational Psychology class. Huh..This is like a torturing chamber for me and it feels like 10 years in hel. ahaa...i m counting days to go back for the semester break and i've asked my mum to buy the tickets and now i'm just need to prepare myself for final exam and then pre-packing my stuffs. I can hear Jingle Bells around me!! They're coming close...Just 2 months and 2 weeks left before that much coveted day of the yea for us Christians. Hehhhe....

HAPPY 51st INDEPENDENCE DAY!! MERDEKA!

Hye y'all. Okay, it's been a very busy week for me this week. First, i had to submit 3 assignments on the day. I escaped my Proficiency class to finish up my Poetry assignment. Then, on August 29, my friends and i joined our college's parade in our intravarsity natinal independence's parade. Then, last Saturday morning, we competed in the 'kolum' competition and got 2nd place for it. Then, from 8 pm until 11:45 pm, we spend the time playing games and other stuffs to wait for the 15 minutes before entering into August 31st. At the last 2 minutes, all of us gathered in front of the big screen in Dewan Sri Tanjung. There, we counted the last 10 seconds and......MERDEKA! MERDEKA! MERDEKA!
We had so much fun and happy moments on that day. We had some photo sessions. We all went nuts and all of us were GK's. Hak2.
After the whole countdown thingy, we went to KFC to eat because my roomates and i haven't taken our dinner yet.
Ok that's all i've to report. C ya in another post to come. Nite nite.

Am I angry? Yes, i am.

Huh...i don't know what else should i say about the wireless connection in my beloved college, that is 9th college. Before the 1 week holiday, the connection is like always there or at least i can get connected after 1 am. Now, it's like 'you can see me but you can't get me' kind of way. i can get to the logon page but once i key in the username and the password, it will say 'Login failed'. Huhuhu...The connection is supposed to be super duper fast and clear during the holiday since there are only a few of us on the college. Surprisingly, it is the other way around here. Help me...I nid my wireless to keep browsing my email and most importantly, my Friendster. hahahaha...

Speaking of a nice moment, this morning a cute thai guy talked to me while i was trying to get connected to the wireless. And the fact that he's a future doctor really pumps up his hotness level..Sssss..That is what we call as 'gatal' in malay.

I better of signing out now for i need to fetch my niece from kotaraya. she's coming over to spend a night with me at my college.

Hungry!

My stomach has been growling since morning. It has been two days since i last had my proper meal which have rice in it. For these 2 days, i've been hanging on pieces of bread and peanut butter. So, finally, priscilla and i went to the pasar malam in section 17. I was like really craving for rice that i quickly grabbed nasi goreng ayam and a cup of orange juice. we bought some satay as well as some fried chicken butts. Wahahahaha....In the end, we couldn't finish all the food we've bought. I can finally sleep in peace tonite since i've stuffed my belly with loads of food. What should i hv for tomorrow? Huhuhuhu...doing my assignments is so annoying cause i can't look for the right answer to give to my lecturer, especially on my Poetry's assignment. Huh...Anybody knows what the poem Tramp actually means? Help me!!!kah3.

i'm feeling a lil bit homesick. To add to my homesickness, my cousin sms-ed me and asked about my days. I can't wait for this semester to be over so that i can finally be with my family again. Nowhere is better than our home sweet home. Not even the best 5 star hotel in the world.

Ooh yeah, i finally got the chance to give some comments of my Friendster's friends. It's been a long time since my last comment. Obviously, studying takes a lot of our time.

well, what can i do? That's what studying is all about. You're supposed to study!
Okay, bye for now.

P/S : i'm downloading Kabhi Kushi Kabhi Gham from Youtube. Boredom is taking over me by the minute!
